Senior Field Engineering Representative

Skill Requirements

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing complex ground vehicle systems.
• Prior experience supporting U.S. Department of Defense ground vehicle programs.
• Familiarity with defense vehicle testing, training, and sustainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics.
• 7+ years of relevant field engineering or defense vehicle experience.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software-based vehicle subsystems.
• Demonstrated ability to perform hands-on diagnostics and repairs in field environments.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple subcontractors and government stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to lead on-ground teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact and leadership element for Defense during on-site customer operations.
• Lead and support on-ground operations, maintenance, testing, and training activities across all assigned vehicle platforms.
• Maintain working knowledge of all vehicle subsystems and diagnose system failures to guide technical resolution.
• Cook professionally with U.S. Government stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Interface with U.S. Government stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Participate in hands-on training in Michigan and Maryland prior to deployment.
