About the role
The primary function of the Senior Field Engineer is to assist the Senior Project Superintendent, Project Superintendent, Assistant Project Superintendent or other assigned supervisor(s) in all matters related to field activities for a specific project.
Responsibilities
- Capable of being successful leading field activities related to assigned scopes and/or areas, with oversight from a more-senior staff member.
- Comfortable working with scopes of work totaling $1M - $10M, under various delivery methods, diverse market sectors, and varying complexities.
- Assist with the initial preparation, ongoing maintenance, and distribution of construction schedules
- Assist with the development, maintenance and enforcement of project site safety programs
- Assist with the coordination and management of material deliveries
- Assist with the implementation of SWPPP measures and documentation
- Assist in maintaining a complete and accurate set of working documents pertaining to the project
