Senior Field ABM & Events Manager
Norm Ai is an agentic law company that has built a $30 trillion combined asset client base. It pioneered Legal Engineering, enabling lawyers to create and supervise domain‑specific AI agents using a proprietary no‑code platform. The technology powers many of the world’s largest institutions and underpins Norm Law, an AI‑native law firm serving private funds, private equity, venture capital, real‑estate, registered funds, and financial regulation clients.

- Identify and prioritize new conferences, owned events, and field tactics that reach legal leaders effectively, managing the process from creative brainstorming through post‑event follow‑up.
