About the role

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in federal compliance management.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as law, public policy, or business administration.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and leading large-scale compliance initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex regulatory documents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with federal agencies.
  • Experience working in a hybrid or on-site environment preferred.

Pay
