About the Role
Working closely with attorneys and fellow paralegals, you'll take ownership of a varied caseload and play a critical role throughout the lifecycle of each matter.
- Drafting motions, decrees, agreed orders, discovery responses, special provisions, and trial materials
- Managing case progression and supporting attorneys throughout litigation
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates and coordinating documentation
- Preparing exhibits, witness lists, trial binders, and hearing materials
- Managing filings across Texas jurisdictions
- Supporting mediations, hearings, and final trials
- Working collaboratively with an experienced team of family law professionals
- Delivering exceptional client service during often challenging and emotional situations
Requirements
- 5+ years of dedicated Family Law Paralegal experience
- Strong drafting experience across decrees, motions, discovery, and agreed orders
- Experience supporting hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
- Solid knowledge of Texas family law, including divorce, SAPCRs, modifications, enforcement actions, and property division
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Comfortable working with legal technology platforms such as Clio, Monday.com, Dropbox, and similar systems
- A compassionate, client-focused approach and the ability to remain calm in high-conflict matters
Qualifications
- Board Certified Paralegal status or actively working toward certification (highly desirable)
- Bilingual Spanish language skills (highly desirable)

Pay
$75,000 - $95,000 base salary depending on experience, plus quarterly and annual bonuses.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
