Senior Family Law Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law litigation, ensuring their rights and interests are protected at every stage.
• Collaborate with our team to develop comprehensive legal strategies tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom proceedings.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Advocate for clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations, striving for favorable outcomes.
• Maintain open and empathetic communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved throughout their case.
• Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida State Bar.
• Minimum of three years' experience in family law litigation.
• Proven track record of successful client representation in court.
• Ability to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
• Strong skills in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Excellent communication skills to maintain client relationships and collaborate with team members effectively.
