Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse and sophisticated caseload, handling everything from divorce proceedings to child custody disputes.
• Provide guidance on sensitive matters such as custody disputes and domestic violence.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.
• Mentor junior attorneys.
• Contribute to the firm’s strategic direction.

Requirements

• Seasoned family law litigator with at least 8 years of experience.
• Experience in managing complex family law litigation.
• Proven track record in handling custody disputes and domestic violence cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy in high-stress situations.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing of the California Bar Association.
• Passionate about providing compassionate and strategic legal representation.

Pay

$175,000 - $225,000 yearly
