About the role
The Department of Neurology at Baylor College of Medicine is seeking a qualified physician with training in adult neurology.
The successful candidate will be appointed at a faculty level commensurate with experience and achievement.
The successful candidate will provide clinical care for adults with neurological disorders.
The clinical focus will be on Neurophysiology & Epilepsy.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care for adults with neurological disorders, with a focus on Neurophysiology & Epilepsy.
- Participate in teaching and mentoring of medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Contribute to research activities within the department.
- Engage in clinical trials and other research initiatives related to Neurophysiology & Epilepsy.
Requirements
- MD, DO, or MD/PhD degree
- Must have successfully completed residency training in an ACGME-accredited program
- Board-eligible/board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
Qualifications
- Experience in adult neurology is preferred.
- Strong interest in research and clinical trials is encouraged.
