Description Of Duties
- Manage day-to-day security operations and coordination efforts for the customer.
- Oversee physical security management and access control for multiple areas.
- C Conduct alarm response and investigation to ensure safeguarding of classified information and assets.
- Serve as the designated safety representative to ensure workplace and employee safety.
- Manage office layouts, seating charts, and furniture configurations to track manpower and monitor potential egress issues.
- Provide support for incoming staff during mission-specific events, including Contractors, Military members, and distinguished visitors.
- Serve as the Facility Security Officer, supporting DoD and Aerospace contracts.
- Manage security clearances and executes requirements for cleared industry staff per 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM).
- Initiate and review SF-86 “Questionnaire for National Security Positions,” facilitates fingerprint collections, and executes SF-312 “Non-Disclosure Agreements.”
- Prepare and submits foreign travel reports as outlined in SEAD 3.
- Conduct periodic self-inspections and annual contractor reviews required by the DCSA Industrial Security Representative (ISR).
- Lead Government debriefings and annotate records when access to classified information is no longer needed.
- Conduct INFOSEC program reviews to ensure compliance with DoDM 5200.01 requirements.
- Manage classification marking guidance and provide related training to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain the Insider Threat Program/Working Group for all assigned employees, including senior leadership.
- Ensure cleared staff in sensitive positions are briefed on insider threat reporting, Counterintelligence, security fundamentals, and response actions.
- Conduct investigations and provides supporting documentation for security incident reports to meet Government Contracting Agency (GCA) requirements.
- Design, develop, and author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to streamline processes and increase mission efficiency.
- Plan and execute security requirements to support instructor-led training.
- Develop and provide required security training and briefings to cleared employees regarding classified information handling.
- Prepare and deliver corporate leadership-level briefings and training.
- Serve as the primary security liaison to the Government customer, ensuring comprehension and compliance with all directed requirements.
- Develop and manage databases for tracking assets within secure environments.
Requirements
- Must have 12, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience.
- May be reduced with completion of advanced education.
- Must have 6, or more, years of directly related experience.
- Must have 6, or more, months of experience working in a management or leadership role.
- Must have Industry Experience and Proven experience supporting both Department of Defense (DoD) and Aerospace contracts.
- Must have Regulatory Knowledge with deep subject matter expertise in 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), DoDM 5200.01, and SEAD 3 guidelines.
- Must possess and maintain an active U.S. Government Security Clearance.
- Strong ability to liaise with Government counterparts, brief senior leadership, and manage cross-functional teams and programs.
- Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Pay
This position is expected to pay $150,000 – $155,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
