Responsibilities

• Fabricate, fit, and weld intricate steel structures using GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, and SAW techniques.
• Mentor junior fabricators, sharing your expertise and best practices.
• Work in a high-output manufacturing environment, prioritizing precision, collaboration, and adaptability.
• Interpret complex engineering drawings and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Maintain certification across multiple weld processes and pass advanced weld qualification tests, including 6G pipe.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, precision measurement tools, and adhere to GD&T principles.
• Build a team culture grounded in learning and craftsmanship, ensuring production goals are met without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of advanced welding experience in a heavy industrial environment
• Current certifications in GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and welding symbols
• Skilled in MILSPEC-level fabrication
• Able to pass advanced weld qualification tests, including 6G pipe
• Proficient with forklifts, cranes, precision measurement tools, and GD&T
• Able to pass advanced weld qualification tests, including 6G pipe
• Able to pass advanced weld qualification tests, including 6G pipe
• Able to pass advanced weld qualification tests, including 6G pipe
