Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in shaping project outcomes and leading field teams to success;
- Typically running one large job with multiple crews.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in exterior remodeling: siding, windows, doors, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage field crews effectively
- In-depth knowledge of residential asphalt roofing systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with CRM, scheduling, and project management software
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Experience managing HOA and multifamily roofing projects
- Comfortable working at heights and accessing rooftops
