We need to parse the posting.

We need to include sections only if real specific content. Benefits: The posting mentions "People First" benefits package but not specific benefits like health, 401k, etc. It's vague. Should we include Benefits? The rule: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It mentions "People First" benefits package but not specifics. Might be considered vague; but it's a mention of benefits package. However "People First" benefits package is a named benefit but not details. The rule says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "People First" benefits package, which is a specific named benefit package. Might be enough to include Benefits section with that phrase. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; we can include that as a bullet under Benefits.
Pay: Not mentioned. So no Pay section.
Schedule: Not mentioned besides Travel 25% (which is travel, not schedule). No schedule info. So no Schedule.
We need sections: About the role (maybe a brief overview), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (maybe qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe education/clearance), Skills (maybe skills/experience). But we need to avoid duplication. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to decide which sections to include based on content.
We have:
- About the role: could be the introductory paragraph describing the role, location, purpose.
- Responsibilities: the duties list.
- Requirements: maybe the qualifications like experience, clearance, citizenship, travel, education.
- Qualifications: maybe education and certifications.
- Skills: maybe specific skills like strategic planning, financial analysis, communication, leadership, etc.
But we need to avoid redundancy. However we must preserve all substantive info. We can split into sections logically.
Let's extract:
About the role: PeopleTec seeking Senior Export Program Manager in Huntsville, AL; will serve within PAE Fires PMO; provide technical support to Chief Engineer and Product Manager; lead strategic planning, execution, stakeholder coordination for DEF projects; orchestrate Phase 1A feasibility studies; identify/scope/stand up new DEF studies; prepare/present findings; work within/lead multidisciplinary team; interface with internal PMs and external organizations (list). That's a good overview.
Responsibilities: the Duties list (the bullet points). Could be same as above but we can keep responsibilities as the detailed duties.
Requirements: maybe the mandatory items: 10+ years relevant experience, US Government Program Office experience, US Citizen, active DoD Secret clearance ability to obtain TS/SCI, Travel 25%, Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business/related; advanced degree preferred; DAWIA Program Management certification desired.
Qualifications: maybe the extensive experience in DEF program management, expertise in TSFD policy, AT directives, FMS processes, DoD acquisition program management, managing cost-sharing agreements, prime vendor relationships, strategic planning and financial analysis skills, knowledge of industry standards, communication/presentation skills, ability to lead multidisciplinary team.
Skills: maybe the specific skills like strategic planning, financial analysis, generating ROMs, budget forecasting, communication, presentation, leadership, digital tools for cost/schedule/performance.
But there is overlap. However we must not invent or summarize away detail. We need to preserve all info; we can duplicate across sections? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. It doesn't forbid duplication, but better to avoid redundancy but still keep all info. Could place each piece in appropriate section.
Let's decide:
- About the role: introductory paragraph (first few sentences up to "The candidate will be required to interface with internal PMs...").
- Responsibilities: the Duties list (the bullet points after "Duties").
- Requirements: the mandatory baseline: 10+ years relevant experience, additional education may substitute, previous experience in US Government Program Office required, Must be US Citizen, active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI, Travel 25%, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred, DAWIA Program Management certification desired.
- Qualifications: the extensive experience in DEF program management, deep expertise in TSFD policy, AT directives, FMS processes, extensive experience in DoD acquisition program management navigating Milestone decisions, proven ability to manage complex cost-sharing agreements and prime vendor relationships, strong strategic planning and financial analysis skills including generating ROMs and budget forecasting, strong knowledge of industry standards and defense requirements, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to lead and work within multidisciplinary team.
- Skills: maybe the specific skills like strategic planning, financial analysis, generating ROMs, budget forecasting, communication, presentation, leadership, digital tools for cost/schedule/performance. But many of these already in Qualifications. Could combine Qualifications and Skills? But we need to follow headings list; we can include Skills if we have content. We could put the "Strong strategic planning and financial analysis skills, including generating ROMs and budget forecasting for follow-on engineering and prototyping phases." as Skills. Also "Excellent communication and presentation skills." "Ability to lead and work within a multidisciplinary team." "Use digital tools and methodologies to manage cost, schedule, and performance for assigned activities." That seems like skills.
Thus we can have Skills section with those bullet points.
Benefits: mention "People First" benefits package. Could include that as a bullet.
We must not include Pay or Schedule.
Now produce HTML fragment with sections as needed.
