About the role

Senior Locksmiths install, maintain, rebuild and repair mechanical and electrical locking devices and door hardware. They support junior locksmiths and enjoy solving complex problems with technical skills and innovative technology.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, rebuild and repair mechanical and electrical locking devices and door hardware
• Solve complex problems (lockpicking, installation, repairing, safe-cracking, etc) with technical skills and innovative technology
• Support junior locksmiths

Requirements

• At least 2 years EXPERIENCE working as a locksmith in any of Automotive, Residential, Commercial Locksmith roles
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Currently reside in Brevard County, FL or moving here shortly
• Highly motivated to succeed and can work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Confident working alone
• Trained and enjoys learning new skills and new technologies
• Above-average technical/mechanical skills
• Trustworthy and reliable, with strong customer communication skills
• Patience and high attention to detail
• No issues with a background check appropriate to the nature of the job
• Great customer relationship skills
• Team player and can work with a variety of team members
