Senior Exercise Analyst

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Aid in providing realistic, current, and relevant exercise support to address DTRA, Interagency, and GCC requirements.
• Collaborate with units and organizations on training requirements / objectives throughout the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) from GCCs to tactical units to ensure continuity.
• Support exercise control operations for Observer Controllers (O/Cs) during the execution of events with appropriately trained and certified personnel.
• Participate in all exercise JELC events (planning meetings, site surveys, etc.) and contribute to Work Group planning and scenario development.
• Contribute to post-event activities as needed, including after action reviews, hot washes, and after-action reports.
• Travel is 25% or greater and may include travel to national and international locations.
