We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually job summary maybe "About the role". Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate etc. Include sections only when posting has real specific content. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to extract content: Job Summary paragraph. Then Job Description with "What You'll Do: Essential Job Functions & Tasks:" then bullet list of tasks. Then "Preferred Requirements:" list. Then "License(s)/Certification(s) are listed below:" list. Then "What We're Looking For:" Education and Work Experience requirements. Then "At AEP, we’re more than just an energy company..." paragraph (company description). Then "Compensation Data" with grade and range. Then "The Physical Demand Level for this job is: S – Sedentary Work..." paragraph. We should create sections: About the role (job summary). Responsibilities (What You'll Do). Requirements (Preferred Requirements? maybe combine with qualifications). Qualifications (Education and Work Experience). Skills (maybe license/certifications). Benefits? Not present. Pay (Compensation Data). Schedule? Not present. Could also include Physical Demand maybe as a note but not a section. We must not create sections with filler. So include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Pay. Possibly also "Physical Demand" but not required. We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove. We need to preserve all substantive info: So include all bullet points. Let's parse bullet points: From "What You'll Do: Essential Job Functions & Tasks:" list: - Leads selected exercise and/or training activities consistent with the Enterprise Resilience Policy, the Training, Exercise and Evaluation Standard, HSEEP methodology, adult learning principles, and enterprise preparedness expectations. - Support or leads assigned exercise activities, training activities, Disaster Recovery testing, or integrated exercise and training efforts based on program needs, role expectations, and enterprise preparedness priorities. - Develops exercise materials, learning objectives, curricula, job aids, facilitation guides, validation materials, after-action inputs, and corrective-action documentation. - Partners with Business Units, Operating Companies, technology stakeholders, and external partners to validate preparedness capabilities and role-based readiness. - Monitors exercise evidence, training completion, learner feedback, documentation quality, capability gaps, and improvement-plan progress. - Executes assigned tabletop, functional, full-scale, seminar, workshop, Disaster Recovery testing, and training delivery activities, including scheduling, materials preparation, facilitation support, evidence management, and results documentation. - Supports and leads Disaster Recovery (Technology) testing activities by developing test materials, coordinating participants, managing evidence, documenting results, evaluating outcomes, and validating recovery readiness against defined scope, objectives, assumptions, dependencies, RTO/RPO expectations, validation criteria, evidence standards, and success measures. - Develops corrective-action documentation and reporting inputs to support improvement-plan tracking, gap resolution, preparedness reporting, and program maturity measures. - Partners with junior analysts by providing guidance on exercise design, training support, facilitation preparation, validation methods, and documentation quality. That's a list. Preferred Requirements list: - Utility or critical-infrastructure experience; - Enterprise Resilience Policy and Training, Exercise and Evaluation Standard familiarity; - HSEEP methodology familiarity; - ICS, NIMS, FEMA National Response Framework, and ISO 22301 familiarity; - adult learning, instructional design, training facilitation, learning evaluation, virtual facilitation platforms, learning management systems, exercise management tools, and change management experience. License(s)/Certification(s) list: - MEP, CEM, AEM, CBCP, MBCP, MBCI, PMP, CPTD, ATD certificate programs, Prosci, or equivalent. Education and Work Experience requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Business Continuity, Risk Management, Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience. - 4-6+ years of progressive experience in exercise design, training development, emergency management, business continuity, operational resilience, incident management, enterprise preparedness, instructional design, facilitation, evaluation, improvement planning, or related disciplines, including experience supporting or leading exercise design, facilitation, evaluation, training delivery, after-action reporting, corrective-action tracking, and HSEEP methodology. Company description paragraph: "At AEP, we’re more than just an energy company — we’re a team of dedicated professionals committed to delivering safe, reliable, and innovative energy solutions. Guided by our mission to put the customer first, we strive to exceed expectations by listening, responding, and continuously improving the way we serve our communities. If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact and being part of a forward-thinking organization, this is the company for you!" Compensation Data: - Compensation Grade: SP20-008 - Compensation Range: $98,993.00 - $128,688.00 Physical Demand Level paragraph: "The Physical Demand Level for this job is: S – Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met." We can include Physical Demand maybe as a note under a section? Not required but could be included as a paragraph under maybe "Working Conditions". But instructions: only include sections when posting has real specific content. It does have content, but we don't have a heading for Physical Demand in the list of allowed headings. The allowed headings are: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Physical Demand not in list, so we should not create a heading for it. We could incorporate that info into a paragraph under maybe "About the role" or "Responsibilities"? Better to include as a

after the sections, not as a heading. Since we cannot create a heading not in list, we can just add a

after the sections. Similarly, company description can be a

after sections. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Now construct HTML:

Already captured.
