Senior Executive Video Producer (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and elevate a team of video producers
• Define and enforce the visual 'voice' of sports highlights across platforms
• Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure video supports monetization goals while retaining editorial integrity
• Track content performance against business objectives for data-driven decision making
• Identify and leverage social trends and algorithm shifts effectively
• Integrate emerging video technologies and data visualization software into workflows
• Balance strategic oversight with hands-on production involvement when necessary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in social content creation, scaling audiences for sports networks or digital media brands
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects with basic filming skills
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and algorithmic trends
• Strong editorial judgment aligned with uncompromising journalistic standards

Pay

$120,000 – $140,000 annually
