About The Role
We're seeking a strategic and execution-savvy Senior Executive Events Manager to lead Taktile's events program. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll define Taktile's events strategy, design impactful experiences, and manage key partnerships and conferences.
What You'll Do
Own the field events strategy
Build a strategic annual event calendar
Design and run (executive) field programs
Partner with enterprise sales for account-based field programs
Track and report on pipeline influence, opportunities sourced, and deal acceleration
Manage budget and vendors
Source and manage external agencies, production vendors, and event venues
Build scalable processes and playbooks for growing the events program
What You'll Need
6–8+ years of professional experience, minimum 3+ in field/events marketing
Genuine comfort engaging C-suite and VP-level buyers in financial services
Strategic ownership mindset: you make the call on which events to attend and which to skip
Demonstrated ability to connect programs to pipeline outcomes
Strong program management skills across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Fluent English, both written and spoken
