Senior Executive Business Partner, Strategy & Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Executive Business Partner, Strategy & Operations to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role serves as a trusted partner to senior executives, helping drive organization-wide priorities through exceptional coordination, judgment, and follow-through. The ideal candidate will bring a strong operations mindset and the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing demands, and enable effective decision-making at a fast pace. You will also collaborate across functions to keep leadership aligned on strategy, communication, and execution. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $106,320 – $156,300 annually Responsibilities Partner with executives to manage complex calendars and prioritize meeting requests Plan and coordinate global, multi-day team meetings Make independent decisions on behalf of executives while maintaining discretion Manage travel arrangements and prepare expenses for executives Build relationships with executives' direct reports and stakeholders to support priorities Draft presentations, take meeting minutes, and coordinate communication for executives Collaborate with peers to align on company strategy and objectives Qualifications 7+ years of experience supporting executives in fast-paced environments Exceptional attention to detail and high integrity in handling confidential information Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience planning domestic and international travel logistics Strong skills in planning and facilitating large-scale events and meetings Familiarity with contract management and administrative tools like Zoom and G-Suite Excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities Benefits Health care insurance 401(k) retirement account Paid sick time Paid personal time off Paid parental leave Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
