About the OpportunityThis role offers a unique opportunity to become the operating system for an executive team, driving efficiency and strategic execution. This position is integral to the small group responsible for the overall functioning and improvement of the organization. Key ResponsibilitiesRun the executive rhythm. Manage email and calendars for the CEO and CFO with judgment, prioritizing and protecting their time for critical tasks.See around corners. Anticipate deadlines, flag potential conflicts, and proactively prepare executives for upcoming needs.Keep the company connected. Assist in producing company-wide meetings, scheduling and coordinating internal business reviews, and supporting internal communications to ensure alignment.Own board meeting orchestration end-to-end. Manage the timeline, gather necessary inputs, assemble materials, and ensure smooth execution of board meetings.Upgrade our workflows. Implement AI tools and automation to enhance existing processes. Identify and improve manual tasks.Handle what nobody owns yet. Take initiative on important tasks that may not be explicitly listed, demonstrating a proactive and adaptable approach. Required QualificationsExperience: A minimum of 3 years supporting senior executives, with a strong preference for C-suite level support, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment. Experience with board meetings is a significant advantage.Agility + precision: The ability to move quickly while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.AI-forward, playbook-skeptical: Demonstrated active use of AI tools in current work. Ability to describe workflow automation or rebuilding, with a preference for practical application over credentials.Forward and backward thinking: Instinctively work backwards from deadlines and forwards from patterns to identify and address potential issues early.Discretion: Proven ability to handle sensitive information, including board materials and confidential conversations, with the utmost trustworthiness.Communication: Excellent written communication skills that are clear, warm, and concise, capable of drafting company-wide announcements.
