Key Responsibilities

  • Lead logistics and execution for pillar and program-level events
  • Cook up vendor, agency, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage run-of-show development, timelines, and on-site operations
  • Own POE and post-event documentation and reporting
  • Lead executional communications and cadence calls
  • Track budgets and identify execution risks

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in event management, marketing operations, or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience managing logistics-heavy events
  • Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
  • Able to apply judgment in resolving non-routine issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with customer hospitality, B2B events, or sponsorship activations
  • Comfort interfacing with senior leaders and external partners
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with channel

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
