We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Use

for sections: About the Company, About the Role, What You'll Own (Key Responsibilities) maybe we can treat as Responsibilities, What You'll Bring as Requirements/Qualifications/Skills, Benefits, Compensation (Pay), maybe Schedule not present. Also include location maybe as a short paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: Equal Opportunity Statement, Unsolicited Resumes etc. We need to preserve all substantive info. So include About the Company paragraph(s). About the Role paragraph(s). Responsibilities: list from "What You'll Own (Key Responsibilities)" bullet points. We'll convert each bullet to
  • . Requirements: from "What You'll Bring" bullet list. Also maybe "Nice to Have" could be part of Skills? Could be separate but we can include as part of Requirements or Skills. Since we prefer few substantive sections, we could combine Requirements and Nice to Have under a single

    Requirements

with list including both required and nice-to-have? But we must not invent filler. We could separate into Requirements and Nice to Have as separate sections if they have content. Both have content. So we can have

    Requirements

    for required qualifications, and

    Nice to Have

for nice-to-have. Or we could put them under Skills. The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use Requirements and maybe Skills. Nice to Have could be under Skills. But we have both required and nice-to-have; we could put required under Requirements and nice-to-have under Skills. That seems reasonable. We also have Compensation and Benefits sections. Location: we can include a short

under About the Role maybe after the role description. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

    • Cross-Functional Partnership & Measurement: Partner with Field Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Sales, Executive Operations, Communications, Product Marketing, People, Finance, Legal, and Procurement to deliver aligned programs.
    • Collaborate across the entire Events team to ensure operational delivery supports experiential strategy, executive programs, and global consistency.

    • Ensure attendee and engagement data is accurate, timely, and connected to the right systems to support pre-event targeting and post-event follow-up.
    • Create post-event recaps that capture budget performance, attendance, engagement, operational learnings, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Requirements

    • 8+ years in event operations, experiential production, or event marketing in a fast-paced B2B environment.
    • Proven experience managing complex events end-to-end, including executive programs, conferences, field events, internal meetings, and multi-vendor productions.
    • Exceptional project management skills with mastery of timelines, budgets, logistics, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
    • Experience managing agencies and vendors, including scopes of work, contracts, production schedules, invoices, and on-site teams.
    • Strong financial discipline and comfort owning detailed budget tracking, forecasting, reconciliation, and procurement workflows.
    • Clear, proactive communication style and the judgment to know when to solve independently and when to escalate.
    • Ability to stay composed under pressure, shift priorities quickly, and maintain a high bar for detail and guest experience.

    • Unlimited paid time off (PTO)
    • 14 paid company holidays per year

    Pay

For U.S. Based candidates: To ensure fairness and transparency, the starting base salary range for this role for candidates in the U.S. are listed below, varying based on location experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role will also be offered equity and subsidized benefits (details available upon request). We use a geographic pay structure based on cost-of-labor markets. Tier 1 (e.g., SF Bay Area, NYC, Seattle): $131,836 – $164,795Tier 2 (most U.S. metro areas): $114,640 – $143,300 Tier 3 (other cities): $108,908 - $136,135 Final compensation will be determined by experience, scope, and level, and may vary from the posted range.

    Compensation: $114,640 USD - $143,300 USD

We need to ensure no duplicate content. The "Compensation:" line appears also in the paragraph; we could keep both but it's duplicate. Might be okay but we could drop the duplicate line. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplicate lines are not substantive new info; they are repeated. We should remove duplicated lines. So we should keep only one occurrence. Let's keep the paragraph with details and maybe drop the separate "Compensation: $114,640 USD - $143,300 USD". But that line is also substantive; it's a summary of the range for Tier 2 (since location remote US). However the paragraph already includes that range. To avoid duplication, we can keep the paragraph and omit the separate line. Thus Pay section: just the paragraph. Check for any other boilerplate: "Why This Role Matters" paragraph - we haven't included that. It's substantive; we should include it maybe under About the Role or as its own section? Could be part of About the Role. We can add a paragraph after the role description: "Why This Role Matters: You’ll build the operational foundation that allows Armada’s experiential portfolio to scale with consistency, efficiency, and excellence. Your work will make every program more predictable, more measurable, and more aligned — giving teams and executives confidence that the details are covered and the experience will deliver. If you love being the operational force behind exceptional experiences, we’d love to meet you." We should include that. Also "You're a Great Fit if You're" bullet list - that's substantive; we could include under Skills or as a separate section like "Great Fit". But we already have Skills and Requirements; we could add a section "Great Fit" but not in the list of headings. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could incorporate into Skills or Requirements. However it's about personal traits; could be under Skills as "Great Fit". But
