Senior Events Marketer
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
Team: EntreLeadership. Location: Franklin, TN — on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available.
About the role
Every year, EntreLeadership's Summit and Master Series events pour into entrepreneurs at a pivotal point in their growth, giving them the tools, community, and momentum to build stronger businesses and better lead their teams. This role owns making sure that keeps happening. You'll build and run the growth strategy that fills the funnel for each event, weaving together paid, email, organic, and content so registrations build well ahead of the date instead of a scramble in the final two weeks. You'll partner closely with the live events team and the Entre event director to keep growth strategy, in-room execution, and the pitch working as one connected experience. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, communicates constantly, and genuinely loves seeing the ripple effect: when a business owner walks away changed, it reaches their family, their team, and the life they get to live.
About the company
You might know us from our founder and CEO, Dave Ramsey, who's given no-nonsense money advice on the radio since 1992. Three decades later, Ramsey Solutions is a household name in personal finance, with a mission to change the toxic money culture for good. Ramsey Solutions provides biblically based, commonsense education and empowerment that give HOPE to everyone in every walk of life. Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. That's why all of our team members work on-site under the same roof. But work-life balance is also important to us, so we offer flexible work schedules to take the stress out of appointments, family obligations and other needs that may pop up. While every team member has a designated workspace (with an electronic sit-stand desk), our campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas).
Responsibilities
- Build and run the growth strategy that fills the registration funnel for each EntreLeadership Summit and Master Series event, weaving together paid, email, organic, and content so registrations build well ahead of the event date.
- Partner closely with the live events team and the Entre event director to keep growth strategy, in-room execution, and the pitch working as one connected experience.
- Make fast calls on budget, channel mix, and offers the moment registration pace starts to lag, instead of waiting on permission.
- Test creative, offers, and channels continuously to lower the cost per registration and raise the show-up rate.
- Keep the live events team, the Entre event director, and the broader marketing team moving in sync around one clear growth strategy.
- Spot misalignment between teams early and push for a decision rather than letting it drift.
- Report registration, revenue, and channel performance clearly enough that leadership never has to double-check it.
- Turn what each event teaches you into specific, named changes for the next one.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years running multichannel marketing campaigns across paid, email, organic, social, and content, with a track record of turning that mix into real registration numbers for in-person and digital events.
- Comfort pulling performance data and explaining it in plain language people outside marketing can actually use.
- Proactive self-starter who initiates instead of waiting to be told what's next, and follows through until the job is done.
- Thinks critically and isn't afraid to bring leadership a different point of view instead of defaulting to yes.
- Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and sharpen thinking, not to replace it.
- Builds real relationships across teams, sales, event planning, and creative, and people trust you to keep them in the loop.
- Stays level-headed when plans shift or pressure builds, and adapts well when things change.
- Brings genuine warmth and a good sense of humor — this team laughs a lot, even on the hard days.
