Senior Events Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Events Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will shape and execute a high-impact events program that supports marketing and sales goals across the business. You will own the full event lifecycle, from strategic planning and logistics to on-site execution and post-event analysis. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and executive stakeholders to deliver measurable brand presence, pipeline influence, and event performance. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $114,750 – $135,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive event strategy aligned with marketing and sales objectives. Own the end-to-end event lifecycle, from planning to post-event analysis. Oversee the development of trade show booths and marketing activations for impactful brand presence. Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Executive teams to drive measurable business impact from events. Manage event budgets, contracts, and vendor negotiations for cost efficiency. Develop KPIs to evaluate event effectiveness and conduct post-event reporting. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in event strategy and corporate event planning, preferably in SaaS B2B technology. Proven track record managing large-scale, high-visibility events with multiple stakeholders. Strong project management skills to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex logistics. Expertise in budget management and cost optimization. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
