Senior Events Manager
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end execution of events and experiences, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the ICONIQ brand.
- Partner with venues, caterers, production teams, and other vendors to manage all event logistics, including décor, transportation, entertainment, and guest experience.
- Build event communications, registration pages, and marketing collateral while tracking attendance and engagement through event marketing platforms.
- Collaborate across internal teams and stakeholders to coordinate event strategy, speaker preparation, and seamless execution.
- Manage attendee data, campaigns, and reporting within Salesforce and related systems.
- Provide on-site event leadership, overseeing staff, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a best-in-class experience for attendees.
- Analyze event performance, participant feedback, and budget outcomes to continuously improve future programming.
- Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to team development and operational excellence.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 10+ years of experience managing events in a fast-paced environment, preferably within technology, venture capital, investment management, or related industries.
- Proven success delivering memorable branded experiences for executive audiences across both in-person and virtual formats.
- Experience managing external vendors and event partners, including catering, audiovisual production, registration platforms, and creative agencies.
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience using Salesforce, Splash, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace tools.
- Design experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is a plus.

Location
Applicants are expected to work onsite in our New York City office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.
Pay
ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role, together with other compensation being offered such as a discretionary bonus, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $160,000 - $190,000 together with a discretionary bonus, health insurance, paid time off, 401k participation with a company matching program, wellness stipend, personal education allowance as well as a commuter benefits program.
