Essential Functions

• Swiftly and professionally respond to the needs of internal and external customers.
• Build and nurture positive relationships aiming for the highest client satisfaction.
• Design and execute events that balance client desires with creativity and profitability.
• Oversee extensive resort assets, ensuring optimal revenue and inventory utilization.
• Maintain detailed coordination across departments ensuring flawless event execution.
• Champion the Arizona Grand Resort’s HEARTfelt culture by embodying our values in all interactions.

Qualifications and Experience

• With a foundation of a High School Diploma, you have accrued a minimum of four years in Resort Catering/Event Management.
• A college degree is preferable to enhance your scope of expertise.
• Your skills span sophisticated knowledge of hospitality essentials, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and an innate ability to manage client relations with exceptional tact and diplomacy.
