Responsibilities

  • Evaluate complex or high-profile opportunities, often by designing concepts ahead of time, to assess feasibility.
  • Provide team mentorship and oversight on complex orders by conducting design reviews.
  • Review and approve standard customer requests providing cost and lead time.
  • Design custom parts and products using SolidWorks and obtain compliance certifications (UL), as needed.
  • Support Customer Service, Post Sales, and Operations with technical questions.
  • Participate in cost savings projects and complete ECOs (Engineering Change Orders) to continuously improve existing products and processes.
  • Actively seek and improve ETO team processes to provide a better customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of work experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar software.
  • 3+ years of Manufacturing or New Product Development experience.
  • Willingness to work in a team and individually and able to troubleshoot and problem solve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Pay

Salary: $92,880 - $123,830 based on experience level. Target bonus opportunity: 10%.
