Senior ETL Report Developer
for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose appropriate ones.
We have content: Location line (Remote with states). The Job/What You’ll Do: paragraph describing role. Then Responsibilities with subheadings: Databases, Reporting & Visualization, User Support, Projects. Then Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: list of competencies. Then Education & Experience: required experience, technical skills, degree, preferred certifications. Then Working Conditions: physical requirements, internet specs. Then Who We Are & What We Offer: mission, benefits list.
We need to convert to semantic HTML: use for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must remove duplicated lines, boilerplate: EEO statements, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove "Solari is proud to be an equal opportunity employer..." and the following diversity statement. Also remove "Who We Are & What We Offer:"? Actually we keep benefits but maybe we can keep heading Benefits and list benefits. The mission statement maybe part of About the role? Could be separate but we can include as part of Benefits or About the role. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine some.
Potential sections: About the role (includes location and description). Responsibilities (list). Skills (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities). Qualifications (Education & Experience + Working Conditions maybe). Benefits (Who We Are & What We Offer benefits). Avoid thin sections like Pay, Schedule.
We must ensure we preserve all substantive information: location, role description, responsibilities details, knowledge/skills/abilities, education/experience, technical skills, preferred certifications, working conditions (physical requirements, internet specs), benefits list (PTO, health benefits, compensation, office locations hybrid, fitness room, life insurance, etc.), mission statement maybe.
We need to not include duplicated lines: The responsibilities section has repeated "The Senior ETL Report Developer will have four essential job areas…" then subheadings. We'll keep the content.
We need to format lists: For responsibilities, we have four essential areas each with bullet-like sentences. We'll make
- for each area, and within each maybe sublists? Could keep as paragraphs inside li. Simpler: each area as
- containing the description (maybe with internal
for subpoints). But we can just put the sentences as is.
For Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: it's a list of competencies each preceded by "Thought: ..." etc. We'll make - each.
For Education & Experience: we have paragraphs: "6+ years of experience in the field, Required Experience/Training Specifications: Practical workplace coding experience in SQL (T-SQL). Practical workplace coding experience with BI front-end reporting tools (Cognos, Power BI, Tableau). Technical Skills Required: Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or later, Cognos Analytics, Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Tableau Desktop/Server, JIRA, Microsoft Visual Studio Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, PreferredPreferred: Certifications with MCSA, MTA". We'll parse into list items.
Working Conditions: paragraph about physical requirements, vision, hearing, internet specs. We'll make
- each maybe.
Benefits: list: Friendly work environment, Generous paid time off (PTO), Health benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision) that start the first of the month following the hire date, Competitive compensation, Convenient office locations and Hybrid Schedule, On-site fitness room free to all employees (Tempe Office), Basic Life Insurance, Voluntary Life, Spouse, Child Insurance, Critical Illness w/free dependents, Critical Illness Spouse, Short Term & Long Term Disability- Starts first of the month after 90 days of employment, 401K & 401K Roth - Starts first of the month after 90 days of employment, United Pet Care, LifeLock for identity theft, LYRA EAP Program- 25 free sessions for mental health per family member.
Also mission statement: "Solari is an award-winning nonprofit that operates a 24/7 crisis line serving statewide in Arizona, Oklahoma and Colorado. Our mission is to Inspire Hope through our talented and compassionate staff." plus history. Could be part of About the role or Benefits. We'll include as a paragraph under About the role maybe after location.
We must not include EEO statements.
