About the role

Location: Charlotte, NC.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and integration
• Build custom data processing solutions using Python and related frameworks/libraries
• Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and queries
• Automate application deployment, configuration management, and operational processes using Ansible
• Perform data modeling, data validation, and reconciliation activities
• Create and support batch processing frameworks and scheduling solutions
• Develop reusable Ansible playbooks, roles, and inventories for infrastructure and application automation
• Monitor ETL jobs and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, failures, and data quality issues
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, DBAs, and development teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance standards
• Participate in code reviews and establish best practices for ETL development and automation
• Support production deployments and provide incident resolution for critical data pipelines

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $85,000 - $95,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered may vary based on factors such as geographic location, education, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, market considerations, and internal pay equity.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
