Responsible for estimating project costs and durations, providing cost analysis, and developing project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Estimate project costs and durations
• Provide detailed cost analysis
• Develop project budgets
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure accurate estimates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of construction contracts and bidding processes
• Passion for precision and attention to detail
