Senior Estimator
About the role
The Senior Estimator assists the preconstruction team through the development of cost estimates, value management, and estimate proposal reports. This position requires the knowledge and expertise to quantify, price, and qualify all building systems and components to create detailed cost estimates. The Senior Estimator solicits subcontractor pricing or bids and prepares scopes of work for all trade contractors. The role demands the ability to meet critical deadlines and work effectively as part of a team.
