Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the estimating process, delivering high-quality, accurate estimates
- Conduct detailed electrical takeoffs and review project specifications and drawings
- Maintain organized, up-to-date digital records for estimates and related project documents
- Prepare early-stage estimates to support effective project planning
- Utilize ConEst IntelliBid and Bluebeam to ensure every project is meticulously planned
Requirements
- Proficiency with ConEst IntelliBid and Bluebeam (or comparable software, with training available)
- Willingness to pursue and maintain an electrical license
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical estimating, demonstrating a successful track record
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
