Performance Contracting is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator for its San Diego 571 operations based in San Diego, CA.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Requests for Proposal (RFP) for applicable scopes of work
- Receive and evaluate subcontractor quotes for applicable scopes and their alignment with bid documents
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the local customer base to support PCI’s Customer Alignment objectives
- Work directly with owners, construction managers, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Attend pre-bid site walk-through
