About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of project managers in delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Manage a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with the project teams to discuss challenges and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
