Essential Functions
- Able to perform job site walks as needed
- Assess projects by identifying project requirements, regarding time, labor, and material costs
- Read blueprints and analyze all other applicable documents to prepare estimates
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and architects during estimate creation to ensure overall accuracy
- Act as the final say in the calculation, analysis, and adjustment of estimates
- Present estimates to sales and management in a timely and professional manner
- Recommend cost-reduction options
- Assist sales team in final project preparation transactions
- Maintain thorough records of all project documentation, including estimates, receipts, and project completion documentation
- Maintain accurate truck inventory to ensure timely responses to customers’ needs
- Complete monthly vehicle reports in a timely manner.
- Complete other projects to manager and customer satisfaction, as assigned.
Required Competencies
- Strong work ethic and detail oriented
- Working knowledge to full understanding of local/national codes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprint, schematics, diagrams, instructions, etc. as presented in English
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with internal and external teams and end users in English
Qualifications
- Minimum of High School Diploma/Vocational Training
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and clear a drug screening
- Must have industry knowledge and/or experience
- Must have a working knowledge of local/national codes
- Requires proficiency in Everon’s product offerings

- Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule with “on call availability” and be able to travel on short notice
- Must be able to drive a motor vehicle (day and evenings) for extended time periods
Pay And Benefits Disclosure
- The budgeted pay range for this role as of November 2025 is $24.45 $44.00 an hour.
- This range is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to tenure, previous experience, qualifications, certifications, and geographic considerations.
