Senior Estimator

Essential Functions

• Able to perform job site walks as needed
• Assess projects by identifying project requirements, regarding time, labor, and material costs
• Read blueprints and analyze all other applicable documents to prepare estimates
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and architects during estimate creation to ensure overall accuracy
• Act as the final say in the calculation, analysis, and adjustment of estimates
• Present estimates to sales and management in a timely and professional manner
• Recommend cost-reduction options
• Assist sales team in final project preparation transactions
• Maintain thorough records of all project documentation, including estimates, receipts, and project completion documentation
• Maintain accurate truck inventory to ensure timely responses to customers’ needs
• Complete monthly vehicle reports in a timely manner.
• Complete other projects to manager and customer satisfaction, as assigned.

Required Competencies

• Strong work ethic and detail oriented
• Working knowledge to full understanding of local/national codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint, schematics, diagrams, instructions, etc. as presented in English
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with internal and external teams and end users in English

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma/Vocational Training
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and clear a drug screening
• Must have industry knowledge and/or experience
• Must have a working knowledge of local/national codes
• Requires proficiency in Everon’s product offerings

• Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule with “on call availability” and be able to travel on short notice
• Must be able to drive a motor vehicle (day and evenings) for extended time periods

Pay And Benefits Disclosure

• The budgeted pay range for this role as of November 2025 is $24.45 $44.00 an hour.
• This range is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to tenure, previous experience, qualifications, certifications, and geographic considerations.
