We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. We need to extract content. Given posting includes: - Role Type: Internal Standard Reporting To: Estimating Manager Location: Houston, TX (metadata, can be short p) - About CEC Energy Services (paragraph) - Our Culture (STRIVE©) (paragraph) - Role Summary (paragraph) - Core Accountabilities (list) - Execution Responsibilities (with subpoints I, II, III each with bullet-like items) - Measures of Success (list) - Experience & Qualifications (list) - Working Conditions (list) - Employment Conditions (list) - Compensation & Benefits (list) - EEO boilerplate (remove) We need to map to sections: About the role (maybe combine About CEC Energy Services + Our Culture + Role Summary?). Responsibilities (Execution Responsibilities + Core Accountabilities? maybe combine). Requirements (Experience & Qualifications). Qualifications maybe overlapping; but we can have Requirements and Qualifications separate if content distinct. Skills maybe technical proficiency. Benefits from Compensation & Benefits. Pay: we have "Base Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience..." that's vague; we should not create Pay section if only "commensurate with experience" (that's placeholder). According to rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". So we should NOT create Pay section. Schedule: none. Benefits: we have details: Health Benefits, Retirement Benefits, Paid Time Off. That's substantive, so include Benefits section. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not include boilerplate like EEO. We need to decide sections: - About the role: could include About CEC Energy Services, Our Culture, Role Summary. That's prose; we can put multiple

under that heading. - Responsibilities: include Core Accountabilities and Execution Responsibilities (I, II, III) and Measures of Success? Measures of Success maybe more like outcomes; could be part of Responsibilities or separate? But we have no specific heading for Measures of Success; we could treat as part of Responsibilities or maybe as a separate section like "Performance Metrics" but not in allowed headings. Allowed headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we must fit content into those. We can put Measures of Success under Responsibilities as they are outcomes of role. - Requirements: Experience & Qualifications (experience, background, education, technical proficiency, communication). That's requirements. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping; but we could split: Requirements for experience/education, Qualifications for technical proficiency and communication? However we need to avoid thin sections. Better to combine into one section maybe "Requirements" and skip Qualifications if no distinct content. But we have both Experience & Qualifications heading; we could treat that as Requirements. Then we could have Skills for technical proficiency (Excel, Bluebeam, Navisworks) and maybe communication. But communication is a skill. However we already have technical proficiency under Experience & Qualifications. Could separate: Requirements: experience, background, education. Skills: technical proficiency, communication. That seems reasonable. - Benefits: from Compensation & Benefits. We must not include Pay. Now we need to extract exact sentences, preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. We must not omit details like "Ability to lift 20 pounds and work safely in active construction environments." etc. Let's parse. First, metadata: Role Type: Internal Standard Reporting To: Estimating Manager Location: Houston, TX. We can put as a short p maybe under About the role? Or separate? Probably we can include as a short p before sections? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a

for that metadata. Now About CEC Energy Services paragraph: "CEC Energy Services is a self-perform electrical construction and industrial services company operating across energy, industrial, and critical infrastructure markets. We execute complex, capital-intensive work where safety, reliability, and execution discipline matter. Our projects support the systems people and industries rely on, including power generation and distribution, industrial facilities, digital infrastructure, and emerging energy technologies such as solar and battery energy storage systems (BESS). CEC operates in environments where margins are earned through planning, coordination, and disciplined execution, not heroics. We partner with customers who expect professionalism, transparency, and accountability, and we hold ourselves to the same standard." Our Culture (STRIVE©) paragraph: "CEC’s culture is built around STRIVE©: Safety, Teamwork, Reliability, Integrity, Versatility, and Execution. These are not slogans. They define how we operate and how decisions get made. Safety comes first. We do not trade safety for schedule, margin, or convenience. Leaders are expected to plan work safely, enforce standards, and stop work when conditions are not right.Teamwork means respecting the people doing the work and collaborating across the field, project, and office. We succeed through coordinated effort, clear roles, and shared accountability, not heroics.Reliability is about doing what we say we will do. Commitments matter. Plans are realistic, promises are kept, and issues are surfaced early when conditions change.Integrity guides how we work with customers, partners, and each other. We defend our scope, honor our contracts, tell the truth, and address problems directly.Versatility means adapting to changing conditions without losing discipline. Our projects are complex and dynamic. We adjust plans thoughtfully and decisively as reality changes.Execution is how we win. We plan the work, work the plan, measure performance, and correct early. Results matter, and accountability follows responsibility." Role Summary paragraph: "The Senior Estimator is responsible for developing accurate, timely, and competitive cost estimates for complex industrial electrical projects. This role supports strategic growth by applying technical expertise to high-stakes bids, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring that estimated projects are buildable and commercially viable." Now Core Accountabilities (list): - Bid Precision: Ensure final estimates reflect the true cost of execution while protecting company margins. - Technical Rigor: Deliver high-volume, technically sound output using CEC standard takeoff and pricing methodologies. - Operational Alignment: Partner with the field to ensure productivity and equipment assumptions are realistic. - Risk Mitigation: Ensure proposal language properly identifies and mitigates project risks. - Market Competitiveness: Coordinate with Procurement to secure the most competitive vendor and subcontractor pricing. III. Operational Alignment & Handoff - Collaborate with Operations to develop project execution plans and manpower curves during the bid phase. - Lead "Estimate-to-Project" handoff meetings to ensure Project Managers understand budget and scope assumptions. - Update labor unit and material databases with "Lessons Learned" from completed projects. Measures of Success (list): - Winning profitable work. - Bid accuracy and margin retention (Minimal variance between estimated vs. actual costs). - Timely completion of all bid submissions and internal handoff packages. - Standardization of estimating templates and takeoff workflows. - Development and retention of junior estimating talent. - Positive alignment and feedback from the Operations and Executive teams. Experience & Qualifications: - Experience: 8+ years in E&I estimating. Strong preference for experience in Industrial (Refineries, Plastics), Fabrication (Modules, MCCs), and Renewables (Solar, BESS). - Background: QA/QC or Project Controls experience is a significant benefit. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field. - Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Excel, Bluebeam Revu, and Navisworks. - Communication: Ability to defend "the number" with technical precision during client negotiations and internal reviews. Working Conditions: - Combination of office and field environments. - Ability to lift 20 pounds and work safely in active construction environments. - Ability to work on-site in Corpus Christi or Houston, TX. - Some overnight travel to attend Business Development, negotiations, kick-off and other required meetings. Now we need to produce HTML. We'll start with a

    for metadata. Then

    About the role

    followed by

paragraphs for About CEC Energy Services, Our Culture, Role Summary. Then

    Responsibilities

followed by maybe combine Core Accountabilities, Execution Responsibilities, Measures of Success as
    • . But we need to keep structure: maybe we can have subheadings? Not allowed; only

for section headings. So we can just list all responsibilities as items. However we might lose grouping but it's okay. We must preserve all info; we can keep the bullet text as is. We need to ensure we don't lose the subheadings I., II., III. They are part of the content; we can keep them as part of the
    • text. Similarly Measures of Success items. Thus under Responsibilities we will have a
        with many
      • items: each bullet from Core Accountabilities, each from Execution Responsibilities (including the subheadings as part of the item), each from Measures of Success. Now

        Requirements

for Experience, Background, Education (maybe as
          ). Then

          Skills

for Technical Proficiency and Communication (maybe as
            ). Then

            Benefits

for Health Benefits, Retirement Benefits, Paid Time Off (as
). We should not include Base Compensation line because it's placeholder. We must not include Working Conditions or Employment Conditions sections because they are not in allowed headings. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop them. The instruction says: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we must include Working Conditions and Employment Conditions somewhere. Since they are not in allowed headings list, we need to fit them into allowed sections. Perhaps we can put Working Conditions under Responsibilities? Not appropriate. Could we create a section "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings? The instruction says: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It gives examples but maybe we can use other headings? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples, but likely they want only those headings. However they
