Senior Estimator

Position Title: Senior Estimator A well-established concrete subcontractor is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead estimating efforts for structural and civil concrete projects throughout Oregon. This role will oversee competitive bids, evaluate project costs, review estimates for accuracy, and collaborate with leadership on pricing strategies and business development opportunities. Working across a high volume of projects ranging from smaller commercial jobs to multimillion-dollar developments, this individual will play a critical role in securing profitable work and supporting continued company growth. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of construction estimating experience, including at least 4–5 years specializing in concrete, with a strong background in structural concrete projects. This individual is analytical, detail-oriented, technologically proficient, and confident in client-facing interactions, with the ability to manage competing deadlines, mentor fellow estimators, and contribute to strategic bidding decisions.
