This is a remote role based in Vienna, VA.
Responsibilities
- Enterprise Architecture: Designing blueprint architectures for HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, and Employee Relations.
- Data Security & Privacy: Creating secure HR data models. Because client handles sensitive member and employee PII, architects must ensure HR scopes restrict data access properly.
- Integrations: Architecting seamless integrations between ServiceNow and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems (like Workday) and payroll systems.
- Platform Governance: Defining technical standards, lifecycle management, and roadmaps tailored to enterprise IT and HR shared service centers.
Requirements
- Experience: Typically 5+ years of ServiceNow experience and 3+ years focused explicitly on designing HR service delivery or HR technology solutions.
- Certifications: Preference for ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Master Architect (CMA), or advanced HRSD Implementation Specialist credentials.
- Business Acumen: Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments or highly regulated industries (like Financial Services).
- Advanced Modules: Proficiency with newer platform capabilities such as ServiceNow AI, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, and Next Experience UI.
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $70,176 - $170,040. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction, including geographic location, education, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, market considerations, and internal pay equity.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
