About the role

As a ServiceNow HRSD Senior Consultant, you will support ServiceNow HR Service Delivery implementations and optimization efforts. You will gather, document, and validate business requirements, process flows, and functional design inputs for HR service delivery transformation initiatives. You will contribute to client deliverables such as implementation plans, work breakdown structures, status updates, process documentation, and solution recommendations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project milestones, issue resolution, stakeholder alignment, and client communications. You will assist with workshops, working sessions, and design discussions related to HR shared services, case management, knowledge management, employee portal experiences, and workflow enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting ServiceNow HR Service Delivery implementations and optimization efforts across design, build, test, deployment, and stabilization activities
  • Gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements, process flows, and functional design inputs for HR service delivery transformation initiatives
  • Contributing to client deliverables such as implementation plans, work breakdown structures, status updates, process documentation, and solution recommendations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project milestones, issue resolution, stakeholder alignment, and client communications
  • Aiding with workshops, working sessions, and design discussions related to HR shared services, case management, knowledge management, employee portal experiences, and workflow enablement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and optimizations
  • 2+ years of experience delivering and implementing at least 1 ServiceNow HR Service Delivery core module
  • Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Prior to joining Deloitte, must have 3+ years of project management experience leading end-to-end projects
  • Prior to joining Deloitte, must have 2+ years of Big 4 consulting experience across 3+ client engagements
  • Prior to joining Deloitte, must have experience supporting the design or launch of an HR shared service center for 1,000+ employees or multiple regions
  • Prior to joining Deloitte, must have experience creating implementation plans or work breakdown structures for 2+ ServiceNow releases across design, build, test, cutover, and hypercare
  • Prior to joining Deloitte, must have experience delivering 1+ end-to-end ServiceNow HR Service Delivery implementation, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center or Portal, HR Catalog or Workflows, and go-live stabilization

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,200 to $229,100.

Schedule

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
