Senior Escrow Assistant
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Escrow Assistant to support our residential escrow team in the Everett branch. This role is ideal for someone with strong escrow knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of administrative and transaction-related responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced administrative and escrow support for residential transactions.
- Prepare and review escrow documents, including settlement statements, closing statements, wraps, assignments, and mobile home transactions.
- Maintain and update escrow files, records, reports, and workflow tracking tools.
- Monitor transaction progress and follow up to help ensure timely closings.
- Respond to inquiries, gather information, research issues, and communicate updates to customers, agents, lenders, title teams, and other parties.
- Support Escrow Officers with customer service, business development, and branch operations as needed.
- Apply escrow policies, procedures, and company practices to complete work accurately and independently.
- Assist with complex residential transactions and provide guidance to less experienced team members when needed.

- Experience with complex residential files.

- Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
- Able to analyze, interpret, and process transaction data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and escrow-related operating systems.
- Professional, confidential, and service-oriented approach.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 4 years of directly related escrow experience required.
- Residential escrow experience strongly preferred.
