About the role
Leads the strategic functional direction of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules at global scale — ensuring cross-module coherence, driving process convergence across regions, and shaping the long-term evolution of the platform. Serves as the single point of design authority for Oracle EBS functional domains, translating enterprise business strategy into a unified, scalable ERP roadmap aligned to global services operations.
Responsibilities
Governs the strategic evolution of Oracle EBS functional domains, ensuring coherence and harmonization across all global modules and business units
Defines and drives global convergence initiatives — aligning processes, data models, and solution patterns across regions to eliminate fragmentation
Leads the translation of business strategy into Oracle EBS functional direction, serving as the bridge between enterprise objectives and platform capabilities
Shapes the long-term platform roadmap, anticipating business needs and positioning Oracle EBS capabilities ahead of demand
Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in Oracle EBS product ownership, functional leadership, or global process governance
Proven track record managing Oracle EBS modules at enterprise scale, including cross-module alignment and multi-region convergence
Demonstrated experience prioritizing complex Oracle EBS backlogs and balancing global, functional, and technical constraints
Experience operating within matrixed, multi-stakeholder environments across geographies and business units
University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience; Advanced Degree may be required
Technical Skills
Deep understanding of Oracle EBS architectures, module interactions, and integration patterns
Ability to evaluate functional impacts, cross-module dependencies, and long-term implications of design choices
Familiarity with Oracle EBS configuration management, release processes, and upgrade planning
Familiarity with data models, process harmonization frameworks, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) convergence methodologies
Services Operations
Strong understanding of end-to-end services lifecycle processes including service contract management, field service dispatch, installed base management, depot repair, and warranty/entitlement administration
Ability to translate services business requirements into Oracle EBS functional specifications and configuration decisions
Familiarity with service revenue recognition models, preventive maintenance scheduling, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance frameworks
Understanding of field workforce management, spare parts logistics, and customer entitlement workflows within ERP environments
Communication & Influence
Ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs to senior business stakeholders in clear, decision-ready terms
Proven ability to build consensus across competing regional and functional priorities
Skilled at orchestrating alignment across distributed teams without direct authority
