Senior ERP Planning & MRP Analyst

About the role

ANA is seeking a Senior ERP Planning and MRP Analyst to join its team in a fully onsite position in Henderson, Nevada. As the senior functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central lead for production and material planning, you will ensure the system supports MRP, inventory, purchasing, and production execution, and play a key role in implementation, stabilization, and continuous improvement from an Operations and Planning perspective. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning. Responsibilities

• Act as the functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central lead for Planning and MRP.
• Lead the Planning workstream during the implementation, rollout, and ongoing optimization of Business Central.
• Define, standardize, and implement planning processes for Build-to-Stock (BTS), Build-to-Order (BTO), and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) demand.
• Configure and optimize MRP parameters, including lead times, safety stock, reorder policies, lot sizes, order modifiers, and planning horizons.
• Translate customer demand, sales orders, and forecasts into executable material and production plans.
• Analyze and resolve material shortages, excess and obsolete inventory risks, planning messages, and MRP exceptions.
