About the role

We are seeking a Senior IT professional to provide technical support, maintain enterprise systems, and drive digital transformation initiatives. This role involves working with Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle APEX, Power BI, and system integrations to enhance business operations and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for business applications and end users.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot POS, Oracle Fusion ERP, and Oracle APEX systems.
  • Develop and support system integrations, APIs, and databases.
  • Design reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and operational continuity.
  • Coordinate with users, vendors, and stakeholders on IT projects.
  • Gather business requirements and implement technical solutions.
  • Support system testing, deployments, and process improvements.
  • Train users and prepare technical documentation.
  • Assist with Oracle APEX administration, compliance, and system monitoring.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a senior IT role.
  • Proficiency in ERP software (Oracle Fusion, SAP/Oracle), IT project management, and technical support.
  • Experience with Oracle APEX, Power BI, APIs, and database management.
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
