About the role

Andersen Corporation is looking for a Senior Application Administrator with a background in Infor technologies like BaanIV, BaanERP, InforLN, Infor Cloudsuites, InforOS, ION, and Factory Track. The team’s objectives include user account management, code migrations, application security, standardization, data integrity, cross-functional coordination, communication, monitoring, and providing practical coverage of all critical applications to meet business objectives. This hybrid role is based out of our Oak Park Heights, MN office location.

Collaboration and communication are essential to avoid interruptions of service or delays in recovery. Coordination and leadership capabilities are required to manage the migration of data into an application environment. The senior application administrator will ensure methodology, best practices, and standards are being followed, and will provide coaching and cross-training for other team members.

Responsibilities

  • Play a lead role in teamwork direction.
  • Provide administrative support for Infor-related products.
  • Manage deployments, configuration, scheduling, and monitoring of various development, test, and production environments.
  • Define and execute technical upgrades to ensure applications are healthy.
  • Maintain application security and vulnerability management.
  • Work with architects to assist in tactical and strategic development.
  • Communicate effectively with business and IT management.
  • Facilitate meetings for projects and root cause analysis.
  • Responsible for standards and configuration of applications.
  • Work with vendors for technical support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or a similar discipline, or equivalent years of experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support capacity.
  • Extensive experience with all Infor technologies.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional settings.
  • Ability to work well with customers that have varying degrees of technical skills.
  • Expert knowledge of project management principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results-driven with strong analytical, problem-solving, and learning agility.

Pay

$90,039.00 - $139,561.00

Profit Sharing: In 2026, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
