Senior Equity Compliance Investigator (Vice Provost for Institutional Equity)

About the role

The role is responsible for managing a team of researchers and overseeing projects related to advanced data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of complex data analysis models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analytics solutions into business processes.
• Lead a team of analysts in conducting research and providing insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain secure data storage practices.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics and management.
• Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
• Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.
