Senior Equipment Maintenance Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Equipment Maintenance Technician to support equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities in a manufacturing environment. The role will focus on ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and equipment-related issues.
• Diagnose equipment failures and identify root causes.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintenance activities.
• Support equipment reliability and minimize operational downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Follow safety, maintenance, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of equipment maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Strong mechanical and equipment troubleshooting knowledge.
• Senior-level maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
