Epic ECSA (Client Systems Administrator) — ECSA / H&D / WSS engineer Epic H&D — ECSA / H&D / WSS engineer Epic Systems Server (WSS) — ECSA / H&D / WSS engineer The ECSA / H&D / WSS engineer must hold at least two of the three; any missing one should be covered by another hire or confirmed as not needed. Epic Technical Skills Harbor activation testing: Read-Only, limited Read-Write, deactivation, retest Harbor configuration Epic disaster recovery, IRE, or Harbor project experience Epic VM deployment Active Directory, DNS, and certificate services for Epic Epic Workflow application deployment Epic Systems Server application deployment Epic client delivery (Hyperspace and presentation layer) Windows Server administration in Epic environments Epic support escalation without sharing PHI AWS cloud infrastructure skills IRE VPC and Epic VM infrastructure (EC2, networking) Project delivery skills As-built documentation and runbook writing — all engineers Knowledge transfer to customer technical staff — all engineers Team-wide requirements (every hire) Check each item only when all five hires meet it.
