Senior EPD Operations Manager

About the role

Lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. Collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational rigor for integrated EPD launch plans across complex, technical initiatives
• Align Engineering, Product, and Design leaders on milestones and deliverables
• Maintain visibility on risks and drive resolution as plans change
• Hold teams accountable for roadmap execution and early detection of slippage
• Guide leadership through planning and resourcing trade-offs
• Establish rituals for metrics monitoring and team-level planning
• Build tools and processes that align EPD teams with business goals

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product/technical program management, product management, general management, consulting, or product/business operations
• Strong written and oral communication skills with executive presence
• Ability to see the big picture and drive toward it effectively
• Experience managing execution on complex multi-team initiatives
• Expertise in defining and reporting against quantitative goals, OKRs, and metrics
• Understanding of Engineering, Product, and Design operations including dependencies and release sequencing
• High organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail

Pay

$174,800 – $218,500 annually
