Audits, analyzes, and reports environmental performance

  • Analyzes and reports environmental performance to clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Advises design and construction teams on minimizing environmental impacts.
  • Manages subcontractors for specific environmental tasks.
  • Conducts impact assessments to mitigate environmental risks and costs.
  • Prepares environmental reports for supervisor and leadership review.

Raise Awareness and Engage in Research

  • Raises awareness of emerging environmental issues across the organization.
  • Engages in environmental education and research.
  • Coordinates public hearings and consultations on environmental matters.
  • Trains staff on environmental responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering or an environmental related field required.
  • Environmental certification preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience or training in environmental regulatory and construction industry compliance preferred.
  • CPESC Certification (CA QSP) preferred.
  • Knowledge of local regulations or skill sets related to the specific work on project.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and new legislation.

Skills

  • Technical writing and communication skills.
  • Able to lead a team or project effort.
  • Able to manage subcontractors for project specific specialty environmental work.

Pay

Salary Min USD $85,000.00/Yr.
Salary Max USD $100,000.00/Yr.
