Senior Environmental Services / Housekeeping - FT Nights

Job Summary

Works closely with the environmental services leadership team to support the day-to-day operation of the department.

Responsibilities

• Ensures staff have the equipment and supplies needed for their daily assignments
• Responds to service requests
• Assists with training
• Maintains minor equipment
• Helps cover sick calls
• Aids in quality assurance inspections and project work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to use computer
• Prior cleaning experience helpful
• Knowledge of materials, equipment, cleaning methods, and cleaning chemicals helpful
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required
• Previous custodial experience in a healthcare environment preferred

About the Role

Sanford Health is now hiring Housekeepers, Janitors, and Custodians to work in our fast-paced hospital environment. This is a senior tech position that is 40 hours per week, working M-F and every other weekend from 11pm-7:30am in an overnight beeper role. Pay

Salary Range: $15.50 - $23.00
