Senior Environmental Services Associate

Cleaning Duties

• Collects and removes trash
• Changes bed linens
• Sanitizes all surfaces
• Stocks paper items and other supplies
• Cleans patient rooms, public areas, restrooms, offices, and ancillary rooms
• Disposes of trash in an appropriate manner
• Collects and stages soiled linen for pick up
• Performs cleaning tasks such as sweeping, dust mopping, damp mopping, high dusting, wall washing, scrubbing, bed making, and vacuuming
• Disposes of normal and biohazardous waste

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Trains employees
• Addresses concerns and resolves problems
• Validates Associate expectations and accountability of front-line team members

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
• Ability to maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition
• Able to communicate in English
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• One year of technical experience (preferred)

Education and Experience

• High School Grad or Equiv (preferred)
• Field Of Study: N/A
• 1+ technical experience (required)
• 2+ technical experience (preferred)
